Description

NA TRADOC Acquisition Center-Leavenworth is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors capable of providing Vision XXI and Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) support and JDLM support to Combat Serv ice Support Control System (CSSCS) Linkage. Must be able to provide the licenses required for Vision XXI and JDLM which were developed by Tapestry Solutions, Inc. Specific requirements are as follows: provide a PC-based Master Interface(MI) version of V ision XXI for CBS 1.7. Updated version shall have the same functionality as the CBS 1.7 version used with the VAX based MI; provide separate gateway to provide JDLM STAMIS interface; gateway will publish STAMIS-like data from JDLM to an MS Access database ; JDLM will accommodate all critical support information managed by the model such as inventories, medical operations, personnel replacement and sustainment operations, etc; construct web pages to provide STAMIS-like presentations of the state of the JDLM scenario. Also required is support to provide a JDLM-CSSCS interface; CSSCS to JDLM interface capabilities to include Commander?s Tracked Item List (CTIL) updates and database initialization; JDLM to CSSCS interface capabilities to include unit equipment status for Class 7; unit/personnel status; supply point updates; medical evacuations; construct sustainment scenarios to drive the JDLM-CSSCS interface targeted to supply operations and extended to include maintenance, medical, and personnel. If no respon sive/responsible replies are received, an order will be negotiated under Tapestry Solutions? GSA contract for these services. Services are classified under SIC 7379. All responses will be considered and must include proof of ability to provide JDLM and V ision XXI licenses and past performance information and references for Vision XXI and JDLM support services. Also provide GSA schedule contract labor categories and rates for this service. Responses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. All responses must be received by 4:00pm CDT, 27 Aug 02.
