Description: The Contractor shall furnish all paint, coatings, materials, equipment and labor necessary to paint the exterior of the Emergency Pumping Plant 48-inch diameter standpipe. All work to be done in accordance with the government Statement of Work, Reclamation Safety and Health Standards, Department of Labor Wage Determinations #NC-23-102-1-2001-1 and SAC-2002-1, and FAR clauses.
