- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.-The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 02SQ810257 and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07.-This procurement is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quote and quotes shall include the business size. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.-CLIN 001, The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a Robotic Crawler with Integral Video System for inspection of the inside of drain lines from 18" to 36" in diameter. The primary purpose for this device will be to transport an instrumentation package through a pipeline. The system shall be fully integrated with all parts and pieces supplied for turn-key operation. Minimum Requirements: Robotic Crawler, Track-type crawler,Minimum of 2 parallel crawling tracks, Independent power for each track,Clutch mechanism for rapid retrieval, Deep lug drive belt, Fully sealed for submersibility, Configured for circular pipe operation from 18" to 36" in diameter, Reconfigurable for other pipe diameters, Directional capability: forward, backward, turn both directions, Material: brass, Depth Rating: 100 feet minimum, Speed: variable from 0 to 30 ft/min, Pull Rating: 50 pounds minimum, Operating Temperature: 50 to 120 degrees F,Tether cable, abrasion resistant, minimum length 500 feet, power and control for crawler and video system, video signal, Tether cable reel: powered, variable speed, Control Unit provides power to crawler, Joystick control of crawler movement direction, Power: 110 VAC, Integral Video Sytem, Color video camera, 460 line resolution, 3 lux sensitivity or better,18x optical zoom minimum, Fully sealed for submersibility, Submersible pan and tilt head with clutch mechanisms, Lights: variable intensity lighting system. Depth Rating: 100 feet minimum, Control Unit Provides power to camera and lights, Auto and manual focus adjustment, Pan/Tilt/Zoom controls. Shipping cases for all equipment. Delivery and acceptance will be FOB destination at the Bureau of Reclamation, Receiving, Bldg 810, Ent. N9, Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO 80225-0007.-The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial.
