- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-02-T-0127 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Malwin Electronics Corporation, 52 E 22nd St, Paterson, NJ 07514-2014. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 - ALTIMETER REMOTE AMPLIFIER (P/N 2068-01) QTY ? 1; CLIN 0002 ? COCKPIT ALTIMETER (P/N 2207-04) QTY ? 1; CLIN 0003 BRAKE ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE INDICATOR (P/N 2120-7) QTY ? 1; TURN & SLIP INDICATOR, ARU-59/A (P/N 1734-05) QTY ? 1; CLIN 0005 STANDBY ALTIMETER, AAU-52/A (P/N 2015-13) QTY ? 1; CLIN 0006 STANDBY VERTICAL VELOCITY INDICATOR, AAU-53/A (P/N 2094-38) QTY -1; CLIN 0007 STANDBY AOA INDICATOR, ID-2276/A (PN 2175-07) QTY ? 1; CLIN 0008 STANDBY ALTITUDE INDICATOR, ARU-60/A (P/N 2083-17) QTY ?1; CLIN 0009 STANDBY AIRSPEED INDICATOR, AVU-34/A (P/N 2128-04) QTY - 1. Delivery Destination to MCAS CHERRY POINT, NC 28533-0009 NLT 30 days after receipt of order. Acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 ALTERNATE 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev) and 252.212-7001. The following clauses of DFARS 252.212-7001(a) and (b) apply: 252-225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 ALTERNATE 1 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also applies: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Numbered Note 22 which applies (forty-five days is changed to read ten days).
