- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This solicitation is not a set aside. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 5065. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421610. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency has a requirement to purchase Larus 5400 Satellite Timing System: 1pc 5400-5 Synchronization 7 Timing System; 1pc 5410-3 GPS Track and Hold Card; 1pc 5403-3 Stratum 2 Track and Hold Card; 1pc 5404-3 Signal Performance Monitor Card; 1pc 5405-8 Information Management Card, TL1; 1pc 5406-0 Alarm Interface Card; 2pc 5407-3 DS1 Output Driver Card; 1pc 5413-0 RS422 Output Driver Card; 1pc 007-02319-000 Standard GPS Antenna Kit w/50' RG58; 1pc 039-01525-000 Polyphaser Lightning Protector; 1pc 038-01703-000 Polyphaser Flange Adapter; 1pc 039-01702-000 Polyphaser Isolation Adapter; 1pc 083-01140-000 Non-metallic Junction Box; 2pc 069-65159-000 Connector Type "N" Crimp-RG59 Coax; This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Interested persons offering these items may identify their interest and capability by submitting a quote. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition with no addenda in addition to the provisions of 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition with no addenda. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders' Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. CBD Note 2 applies to this Acquisition.
