Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to purchase an Intensified Digital CCD Camera System with the following: 1) camera head; 2) 512 X 512 Pixel, grade 1 CCD; 3) Thermoelectric Peltier cooled with forced air; 4) 18 mm intensifier, Gen III, extended blue; 5) 1.5:1 Fiber optic reducer, coupled to CCD; 6) 12 bits, 1 and 5 Mhz A/D converters; 7) C-mount nose kit; 8) Power Supply; 9) High voltage cable, MCP, 15'; 10) power cable, 10'; 11) Gen III intensifier controller. The technical specifications will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package. All responsible vendors that are capable of providing the Government the equipment described above may request in writing or by FAX (301) 480-4226 the Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-02-812 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. This Request for Quote will be issued on August 30, 2002. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ (September 9, 2002). That anticipated award date is September 13, 2002. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 774C, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 Attention: Patricia Haun. FAX quotations must contain offerors names, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
