Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigations intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to University of Cincinnati Environmental Health Foundation to identify forensically informative, selectively neutral single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), Y chromosome, and autosome analysis. Also provide statistical analysis of the mtDNA database utilized by the FBI and develop a software package for haplogroup analysis of mtDNA profiles. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. See Note 22.
