Description: The Keesler Medical Center is the second largest medical center in the Air Force. The KMC Blood Bank is seeking commercial sources to provide a full range of blood products and services. Deliveries must be made within 12 hours of order. Award of a requirements contract (which is how products are currently acquired) or a decentralized BPA is contemplated. Also requesting information on commercial procedures & practices.
