Description

This solicitation replaces Solicitation F36700-02-B-0001. Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, material and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair the Central High Temperature Hot Water Plant and distribution systems and all other heating and air-conditioning systems at the Willow Grove Air Reserve Station. The term of the contract shall be for a basic performance period from 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 with two (2) pre-priced one-year option periods. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. The North America Industry Codes System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561210 and the related Small Business Size Standard is $6 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 16 August 2002 on the Government's Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may request a copy of the solicitation by FAX at (215) 442-1956 or by letter to the above address. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration required applicants to have a DUNS number. Registering may take up to three (3) weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for a timely award. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses.
