Description
TITLE FOR SUBJECT SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS WAS ERRONEOUSLY ENTERED. CORRECT TITLE SHOULD BE 14--SOURCES SOUGHT--AGM-88 MULTI-MODE SEEKER. SEE DUPLICATE POSTING UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER N00019-02-P7-ZD230 WITH CORRECT TITLE. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking responsible industry sources that are able to upgrade the AGM-88 HARM inventory assets with a new multi-mode seeker capability that meets the following requirements: integrates on AGM-88 airframe, counters shutdown tactic, expands the anti-radiation homing capability in both range and sensitivity, is effective against modern-waveform surface-to-air missile systems, is capable of minimizing fratricide and collateral damage, incorporates Quick Bolt technologies and capabilities, incorporates 1760 interfaces and supports 10.4 kHz HARM and 1553 interface. A classified annex is available upon request. This upgrade program will be based on the existing Navy PB03 with limited flexibility for IOC. This synopsis is not a request for proposals nor a commitment or authorization by the Navy to incur any cost in anticipation of such a requirement. All responsible parties that have the technical capability to provide the above mentioned upgrade are requested to submit the following information: technical material pertaining to your company?s ability to meet the above mentioned requirements not-to-exceed five pages in length.
