Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personnal maintenance services and upgrades in support of SIMSCRIPT 11.5 software on a sole source basis from CACI Products of San Diego, CA. This firm holds all trademarks and copyrights to the software and is its sole distributor. This notice is posted pursuant to FAR Part 13. The Government plans to award a firm fixed priced purchase order for support of SIMSCRIPT 11.5 software in accordance with the statement of work herein. STATEMENT OF WORK 1. This contract is to provide maintenance for upgrades, enhancements and technical support on 1 each SIMSCRIPT 11.5 Unix Serial #3959 copies 1; 1 each SPARCSTATION SOLARIS 2XSIMSRIPT 11.5, ID#11438 Copies 2; 1 each SPARCTATION SOLARIS 2XSIMSCRIPT 11.5 id#11439 Copies 2; 1 each SPARCSTATION SOLARIS 2XSIMSCRIPT 11.5 ID#3309 Copies. 2. PEROID OF PERFORMANCE 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. 3. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items.
