- DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit as a small business set-aside pursuant to FAR part 19 for Network Edgelink circuit extenders CLIN 001 (6) PN AXX285G2, EDGELINK 100XT OPTICAL CLIN 002 (3) PN VEN0015-36, AC/DC CONVERTER 1 AMP CLIN 003 (6) PN FA1141-1, 19? RACKMOUNT BRACKET KIT CLIN 004 (6) PN AWX471G15, DS1 CABLE SET CINCH TO CINCH 15ft CLIN 005 (6) PN AWX471G50, DS1 CABLE SET CINCH TO CINCH 50ft CLIN 006 (6) PN AWX358G2, VT 100/LAPTOP INTERFACE CABLE DB9 CLIN 007 (6) PN VEN0017-1, T1 ACCESS PANEL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), GS-03T-02-R-0015. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. Delivery is required on or before 01 October 2002. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of price and availability. Items shall be shipped to Defense Commissary Agency, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (DEC 2000), with their offer. Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUL 1996) is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (MAY 1999) is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (AUG 2000), is hereby incorporated by reference; paragraphs and subparagraphs (a), (b) (1) (5) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (20) apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. GSAM Clause 552.212-71, Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable to GSA Acquisition of Commercial Items (MAR 1998) is hereby incorporated by reference; clauses, 552.215-70, 552.228-70, 552.229-70, 552.232-70, apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
