Description

This is a sole-source synopsis for commercial software maintenance conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR 12.6 and 13.501. No separate solicitation will be issued. The reference number for this solicitation is 200-2002-00008 and the provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-08. The applicable NAICS code is 511210. The Centers for Disease Control requires enterprise software maintenance support for the following mainframe software products: JARS,JARS/DSA,TOP SECRET, ROSCOE, ONE, ADABASE SPACE, APAS/INSIGHT, IDMS-DC, ADS-ONLINE, IDMS ONLINE QUERY, IDMS CULPRIT, CAPABILITY, IDMS PERFORMANCE MONITOR, IDMS EXT. SQL, AND IDMS SERVER. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 will apply to this award.
