Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F64133-02-T-0057 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3612, NAICS Code 335311, small business size standard of 750 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: 0001- Qty 2- Valare Power 60 Amp VDC Rectifier Power Plant Including the following: Qty 1 - X option - dual feed Qty 3 - V1000A - 20 amp Power Module (s) Qty 1 - S19 Power Shelf, Rear Access, Dual AC Fed Qty 1 - CSTD-01 Standard Controller basic display Batteries: Qty 1 - East Penn 48 VDC - 100AH Battery Plant Model # - 12AVR100-3ET Includes Battery Tray, Interconnects and end positive and Negative cable to bus . Batteries will hold a 38 amp load for 2 hours. Includes Export Packing for Rectifier and Batteries. NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) Supplied items shall be of a professional hotel/industrial grade. (VII) Place of delivery:36 CS/SCX Attn: SSgt Pettigrew, Bldg 23002, Andersen AFB, Guam, 96543. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) N/A. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) N/A. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A.
