Description

NA Defense Contracting Command Washington intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a fixed price ID/IQ contract with Skyline, Sport & Health Club, 5115 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041, to provide physical fitness facilities for use by the Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)(OADSD(HA)), associated agencies, military and civilian personnel. No solicitation document is available for contractors to review. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. If a sol icitation is issued, no additional notification will be published. Sources providing clear and specific evidence of its ability to provide this service, and would like to request the solicitation should one be made available, should do so in writing. All requests shall be submitted in writing via mail (Defense Contracting Command - Washington, Attn: Health Affairs Division (Ms. G.
