The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release o f solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule is 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all reque sts for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and qual ity requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
