Description

NA One-Step Design Build Request for Proposal to design and construction of a full stream flue gas emission reduction system for each of six (6) Eielson Central Heat and Power Plant (CHPP) boilers. Two (2) three-story structures will be installed, one each o n the east and west sides of the CHPP, with associated heat, ventilation, and controls. Project also provides for significant upgrades to the ash handling system to include a second silo. Work also includes demolition and replacement of the switchgear bu ilding and a storage building. The solicitation will consist of a combination of performance and prescriptive based drawings and specifications and will be evaluated for the Best Value for the government.
