This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only soliciations;proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation is a request or quote utilizing FAR part 13 and FAR part 12. This soliciation incorporated the FAR part 12 provisions and clauses as applicable and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-8. These provisions and clauses include, but are not limited to: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-3,Offeror representations and Certificaions-Commerical Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This action is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 334517/size standard less than 500 employees averaged over the last twelve (12) months. The statement of work and specifications can be found as a file attachment available through this website. www.eps.gov. All contractors must register at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Award will be made based upon lowest priced, technically acceptable items inclusive of maintenance and upgrade information provided. FOB Destination pricing is preferred. If quoting FOB origin, estimate shipping based upon 70130 zip code.
