Description: Perform area wide historic survey of Indian Health Service properties that are greater than 50 years old to determine if eligible for nomination to the Natinal Register of Historic Buildings. Surveys to be completed based on the requirements of Section 106 of National Historic Preservation Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Solicitation package will be available 08/23/2002 and may be obtained by written requests, email (evelyn.cuellar@mail.ihs.gov)or by Fax to (602)364-5030. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Proposals must be received COB, 4:30 PM local time. Cite RFQ 549. Solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
