- Description
- The Division of Allergy, Immunology and Transplantation, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases intends to negotiate, under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under Contract No. NO1-AI-95361 for the BAA-Application of HLA Data to Develop and Improve Vaccines. This modification will develop high throughput technology to define T cell antigenic specificities of human CD4+ class major histocompatibility complex (MHC restricted T cells) Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays in competing this effort make competition unfeasible for this study. See numbered note 22.
