- Project is to remove an existing and replace with a new ornamental fence at USCG Station Ft. Pierce, Florida in St.Lucie County, Work includes but is not limited to the contractor providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the removal of existing ornamental barrier, clearing of landscaping, shrubs, and trees to create a security zone. Installation of two motorized sliding gates, an 8-foot tall ornamental security fence system with two 3-foot wide pedestrian gates. General fill shall be required at several areas along the fenced line to maintain the maximum height, as indicated in the drawings, of the base of fence pickets and the adjoining grade due to the topography of the site and filling in of abandoned fenced post holes. Also, the installation of a digital keyless entry intercom system with associated site electrical work. Contractor shall also hire a Professional Land Surveyor, licensed in the State of Florida to locate the site?s metes and bounds, right-of-ways, easements and utilities before any work commences at the site. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 235990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipts of $12.0 million. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Hard copies with not be available.
