- General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FB309922199100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAICS: 422720; Size Std: 500. Contract Line Item: 0001 Oil, Turbine 2,400 QT. Aircraft, turbine, lubricating oil. Meets the requirements of MIL SPEC MIL- PRF-23699-STD and is approved by P&WC. Must be in quart size. Exxon 2380 or its equivalent BP 2380.
