- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NSN 2925-01-421-7473, PN 10-614500-1, NOUN TCFN-4 Ignition Exciter applicable TF33 engine. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
