Description

Amendment 0006 is issued to solicitation TIRWR-02-B-00001 for the purpose of adding new construction work, changing the bid schedule to add new work, to extend the bid opening, schedule a site visit and incorporate additional liquidated damages for the new work. As a result, plans and specifications will be mailed to all interested bidders currently on our bid list. A new bid schedule will also be mailed with the plans and specification. The bid opening will be changed to 19 September 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Fresno Service Center. A site visit is scheduled for 04 September 2002 at 10:00 A.M. at the Fresno Service Center. All interested bidders must send a fax to John Navarro at (559) 454-6302 with the name of company, persons attending and phone number of all persons attending the site visit. As a result of the addition of the new work, liquidated damages in the amount of $91.45 will be added to this solicitation (see bid schedule). As a result of the addition of this new work the magnitude of the project is now between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment by either signing item 19 on the reverse side of the Standard Form 1442 or by including a signature on the Standard From 30 along with your bid.
