- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F7374121120400 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-07 and DCN 20020531.This solicitation is 100 % reserved for small business. This acquisition falls under Standard Industry Classification number 7382, the North American Industry Classification System 561621, and the Business Size Standard or number of employees under this code is $ 10,500,000.00. FSC, S211 Surveillance service. The 60th Contracting Squadron Travis AFB intends to purchase the following sole source service requirement. L.I: 01, the contractor is to furnish all labor, parts, materials and transportation necessary to maintain * the flightline portion of the Closed Circuit Flightline Video System. This system will include 10ea Phillips cameras and all associated equipment. This contract will cover the period from 1 Oct 02 to 30 Sept, 2002. L.I: 02, The contractor is to furnish all labor, parts, materials and transportation necessary to maintain * the portion of the CCFV that includes the 5 Autodome cameras located at each base gate. This contract will cover the period from 1 Oct 02 to 30 Sept, 2002.* *( Maintain?perform Bi-annual PMI and service with an 8 hour telephone response time and a 24 hour service response time.) Interested parties should possess a working knowledge of the Travis AFB electrical, fiber optic systems, and be trained in the maintenance of Phillips video surveillance systems. For a detailed copy of the PMI and Statement of Work interested parties should contact via email the below listed point of contact. The place of inspection by the Government and delivery point shall be Travis AFB; Ca. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52,212-1, Instructions to Offeror ?Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. After offerors have been determined technically acceptable overall price is the evaluation factor. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered. FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated into the Purchase Order by reference. A statement that the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (22): DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
