Description: The Architect of the Capitol has a requirement for painting of exterior windows and frames at the Cannon and Longworth House Office Buildings (CHOB and LHOB), Washington, DC. The requirement includes: 1. Preparation and painting of exterior windows and frames, to include French doors, 2. Replacement of broken glass and deteriorated glazing, and 3. Lead Abatement including removal, collection and disposal of lead paint. 4. Approximate quantities: CHOB 736 units (windows and doors) LHOB 1,083 units (windows and doors)
