Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE modification. The NIH has posted the solicitation/Request for Proposal ("RFP") on its website http://ccb.od.nih.gov on August 16, 2002. The preproposal conference will be held on the NIH Campus on August 27, 2002 at 10:00 AM EST, in Building 50, Room 1227/1233 Lobby. Parking is very limited and use of the METRO Rail (Medical Center on the Red Line) is encouraged. Please allow enough time to pass through the NIH Security to obtain badges. Special Note: Building 10 Revitalization Program Integrated Plan, compact disk, (CD) which includes Volumes 1, 2 and 3 could not be attached to the RFP, due to the bandwidth requirements of this document, it will be Federal Expressed overnight delivery to all Offerors upon written request. In addition offerors interested in seeing the work in progress advanced concept studies and bridging documents must submit a written request. Such documents will be placed in room 201, building 13 second floor library at the NIH and can be viewed between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday working days on a first come first serve basis. No copies will be allowed to be made or provided.
