Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, expendable materials, base cove, adhesives, sealant(s), paint(s) and any other items or services necessary to remove existing carpet and install Government-Furnished floor covering in Building 15, TLF at Yokota AB, Japan. All work shall be done in a manner that will achieve a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, wave-less, seamless, and professional appearance. The work area is approximately 2,504 square feet. The building shall be fully operational at the time of carpet removal and floor covering installation.
