Description

NA This is a synopsis for a Subsistence Delivery Service Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The selected vendor will provide and deliver subsistence items to the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Battle Creek, Michigan. This effort is for a base year and four option years. Using a Subsistence Automated Program, the ordering and payment procedures will be supported via electronic ordering and payment by Government Purchase Card (VISA). One or more vendors may be selected for BPA(s) based on submission of the data requested in the solicitation about the capabilities of the vendor. All vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award in order to be eligible for award of this BPA. The CCR website is as follows: htt p://www.ccr.gov The solicitation can be viewed or downloaded on the internet at http://selfridgecontracting.com. No telephone requests will be accepted. Response Time: Request for Quotation will be accepted at the 110th Fighter Wing Contracting Office (L GCV) located at 50 Sabre Street, Battle Creek ANGB, Battle Creek, MI 49015-5515 No later than 02:00PM EST on 4 September 2002. All quotes shall be marked with request for quotation number, date & time, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) title on the outside of the envelop. Facsimile offers will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered . Anticipated solicitation award issuance is 6 September 2002.
