Description
NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Reques t for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-02-T-0048 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is an unrestricted purchase. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325320 size standard is 500 employees. The following items are intended to be purchased for the Government: (1) 25000 gallons of Dust Suppression, product should provide visible sediment and erosion control on unpaved roads for 12-24+months and provide dust control for 12-16+months, must cure within 4 to 6 hours of application due to road closing restrictions, must be compatible with all types of soils, must not dissipate with rain, waterproof of treated surface after application is preferred and the preferred method of application is spray using a portable tanker, must have unconfined compression test data with a minimum force a t failure rating of 1800 lbs (a high force at failure rating is required due to the type of equipment used at training site, must have dust suppression test data, maximum rate of captured dust particles over a 4-hour test period should not exceed 400 (mg) . (2) 750 gallons of acrylic polymer palletized containers. Contractor must provide material supply, shipping, and consultation during time of application. Contractor should be able to ship in quantity of 5000 gallons and upon arrival at training site th e product will be stored in 5000 gallon tankers. Award can only be made to those offerors that are registered through the Central Contractor Registration System.
