Description
NA The Government has a need for support to the Electro-Mechanical Test Division, Redstone Technical Test Center (RTTC), at Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL, U.S. Army Developmental Test Command, for the testing and evaluation of weapon systems, assemblies, subasse mblies, components, and other associated items. Support shall be for the testing and reporting activities conducted by the Electro-Mechanical Test Division's subordinate branches: Component Test & Surveillance Branch (CS),Electromagnetic Environmental E ffects Test Branch (EM), and Subsystem Test and Analysis Branch (SA). of all identified labor, material (hardware & software), test fixture and instrumentation design and fabrication, tools, transportation, and incidental support necessary to perform test s and evaluations, and other associated activities that are scheduled to be conducted. Cost and Performance reports shall be prepared in accordance with (IAW) DI-FNCL-80912. The cost expenditure data is required weekly and by branch, and shall be input i nto the RTTC automated funds tracking system. All personnel requirements such as experience, training, medical examination, licensing and security requirements shall be satisfied. This effort is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that a site visit of the government facilities will be conducted after the solicitation is issued. The proposed requirement is for a basic effort and option for the first year and four additional option years, for a total of a five-year period of performa nce. It is anticipated that this effort will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term (Level of Effort) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541710 (1000 employees). Pursuant to FAR Part 19.001, participation is restricted to U.S. Small Business. Therefore, requests from foreign companies or representatives of foreign companies will not be accepted.
