Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: NA In accordance with OMB Circular A76 and its Supplemental Handbook, the Military District of Washington Acquisition Center will be issuing solicitation DADW35-02-T-0165 on or about 23 September 2002 for Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) services at Fort G oerge G. Meade, MD. This action is 100 percent small business set aside; the applicable North American Industry Code is 813319 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The apparent successful offeror will compete with the Government In-House Mo st Efficient Organization (MEO). The solicitation will not result in a contract award if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. Any resultant contract will have a performance period that will include a 60 day transition period, a ten month base year and four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued via the world wide web. When the solicitation is issued a website will be announced. No paper copie s of the solicitation or any amendments will be mailed. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Vendors are advised to periodically check the web for amendments or other updates. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment. The website for the solicitation will be announced on or about 23 September 2002.
