Description

The Pacific Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Acquisition Department (ACQ0221), intends to issue a solicitation to the State of Hawaii dba Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) using sole source procurement procedures. Use of full and open competition is precluded because the facilities to be repaired, operated and maintained are under the exclusive control and responsibility of the State of Hawaii through ADC. The requirement is for repair, maintenance projects for water, drainage and flood control systems for the benefit of Pacific Missile Range Facility, Kauai, Hawaii to prevent imminent flooding at Pacific Missile Range Facility. The government anticipates awarding a Fixed-Price type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 221310 (previously SIC code 4971). The applicable size standard is $6 million. The entire solicitation will be available after 1 September 2002 for viewing or downloading. For subcontracting purposes, please contact ADC, 235 S.
