Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Type contract with Medtronics Sofamor Danek for TSRH-3D Spinal Instrumentation Set #NAVAL3DJLF and Atlantis Anterior Cervical Plate System Set #NAVALATLANTISJLF as required by the Naval Medical Center (NAVMEDCEN), Portsmouth, VA. The contractor shall provide supplies to be used during spinal surgeries performed at NAVMEDCEN Portsmouth. The Required Delivery Date is 03 September 2002. The Standard (SIC) Code is 3841 and the NAICS Code is 339112. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents from the following website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
