Description

The Project consists of a 120 square foot two story wood frame stairway addition to exit an existing headquarters building. Work includes a concrete foundation footing and floor slab, wood frame roof, walls, and stairs, and the installation of doors, frames, hand railing, and electrical lighting. Project location is at the USFW St. Croix Wetland Management District, New Richmond, Wisconsin. The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $28.5M. The solicitation package will be available free of charge approximately September 3, 2002, with bid opening scheduled for September 20, 2002.
