- Contractor shall provide full service preventive maintenance and service on Government owned elevators and dumbwaiters located at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. Contract period is 10/1/02 thru 9/30/03 with four (4) one-year renewal options, subject to the availability of funds. This is a small business set-aside.
