Description

Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to B & J Enterprises, Colorado Springs, CO for the following items: CLIN 0001: Biological Research Enhancements and Laser eye tissue damage studies. This item is being acquired for the Laser and Optics Research Center, USAF Academy. This is an approved sole source acquisition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by August 21, Noon, MDT, to the effect that comparable supplies and/or services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with B & J Enterprises, a sole source award will be made.
