Description

NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. This project requirement is to install HVAC, construct partition walls & doors to provide office & storage areas, finish interior walls around windows, install system kitchen (double sink, cabinets & counter), provide drop ceiling and lighting, replace tiles, and repair/replace bathroom fixtures etc.. for Bldg 1030 renovation at Camp Zama. Site orientation is scheduled for 26 Aug 02, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Camp Zama, Main Gate. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tour.
