Description

This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.2 and contemplates a sole source contract with Bartlett Services, Inc for the items listed herein in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using commercial items practices in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following ten (10) commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. N00140-02-Q-1942 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a sole source procurement of the following scaffold individual parts breakdown (IPB) list with Bartlett Services, Inc. of Plymouth, MA. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This procurement is unrestricted; the NAICS is 332323/332312. This contract will be on an FOB destination basis; unit prices should include all delivery charges for deliveries on the first Monday of each month in accordance with the below schedule to the Naval SubBase Groton CT 06349-5500.
