Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Corridor Consulting Incorporation for software customizations to the current Corridor Hummingbird Document Management (DM) products. These customizations are required to maintain functional and operational compatibilities with the Hummingbird suite upgrades and to manage documentation control processes. These enhancements are necessary since the IRS plans to implement Version 5.0 of the Hummingbird tool suite during Fiscal Year 2003. Corridor Consulting shall develop, refine, and test software modifications at its facilities in Atlanta, GA and Burlington, MA. Final acceptance testing of proposed modficiations shall be conducted in the IRS New Carrollton, MD facility. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by the specified dated (August 22, 2002). All quotes shall include FOB Destination charges, point of contact (name and telephone numbers), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, business size and payment terms. All questions must be submitted in writing.
