- Description
- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 28,123 square feet of rentable space in Chicago, Illinois. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 24,455 to a maximum of 26,900 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Department of Justice, Anti-Trust Division for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Offers will be considered for properties within the following boundaries: NORTH: Monroe Street, EAST: State Street, SOUTH: Jackson Boulevard, WEST: LaSalle Street. Modern office space and facilities are required in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must be altered to Government specifications, fully serviced, including janitorial. Government standards for handicapped accessibility and firesafety must be met. The space offered must be contiguous. The lease term must be for 10 years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to submit space for consideration and that they represent ownership. Expressions of interest must include the following: building name and address, rentable and BOMA usable square foot, base rate per square foot and common area factor.
