Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to enter into a single source contract with Campbell Scientific, Logan, Utah. This contract is to procure upgrades and replacement parts for four government-owned Campbell Scientific Bowen Ratio Stations, as well as replace Campbell Scientific weather stations that are used with these Bowen Ratio Stations. It is necessary that the weather station data be comparable with data collected previously. These weather stations must also be compatible in design, instrumentation and software, which is copyrighted, with the Bowen Ratio Stations.
