Description: The Food and Drug Administration intends to award two modifications, under contract no. 223-01-2464, to AOAC International on a sole source basis for accurate, reliable, practical, validated and published AOAC, Official MethodsSM for selected dietary supplements and to establish a task group to oversee the project. The aim of the project will be to obtain and disseminate scientifically reliable information concerning the validity and ruggedness of analytical methods that can be used to support FDA regulatory activities involving the Federal judicial system.
