Description: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with JPS Industries, Inc., to provide and install a 40-foot flexible submergence plane barrier assembly (Bay Defender Oil Boom System) comprised of forward buoyance, a submergence plane, a horizontal baffle, aft buoyance, aluminum intermediate logitudinals and two enclosed foam end logitudinals. This notice may repesent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with a estimated value of less than $100,000.
