- Description
- RFQ 786-17-03 Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to provide 2200 blank marble niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Rt. 1, Box #5224, 24665 N-S Road 260, Elgin, OK 73538. At this time, it is anticipated that the Government will require delivery to be on or about November 01, 2002. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Mark Sanderson and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) made payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about 04 September 2002. Electronic solicitations may be obtained FREE OF CHARGE on or about 04 September, 2002, at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-17-03. Amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
