- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns. Request For Quote on the following items: qty 43 - Sony 27" TV (KV-27FS100) qty 42- Peerless (JMC 2650D) qty 3- Sony VCR (SLV-N99) qty 3- Sony DVD, 5 disc (DVP-NC615/B) qty 1- Lowell Rack, 42" (L260-42) qty 6- Lowell Rack shelf, 3RU (L15-510) qy 42- Peerless adjustable extensions (ADJ-XXXX) qty 42- Peerless saftey belt (ACC 666) qty 42- Peerless Escutcheon (ACC 640) qty 42- Peerless Unistrut Adapter (ACC 550) qty 1- AiTech Scan converter (Multiport +) qty 5- Blonder Tongue Modulater (AM 60-450) qty 1- Blonder Tongue Combiner (OC-8D) qty 1- Blonder Tongue splitter 2-way (SXRS-2) qty 1- Blonder Tongue splitter, 3-way (SXRS-3) qty 1- Blonder Tongue directional tap, 1 way (SRT) qty 1- Blonder Tongue directional tap, 2 way (SRT-2) qty 1- Blonder Tongue directional tap, 4 way (SRT-4) qty 1- Installation for the entire system Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08, NAICS is 334310. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition the clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to implement Statutes or executive orders- Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Oppurtunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; Far 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made.
