Description

NA NSN 1630-01-082-9843, PRON AX2F0314AX, solicitation number DAAH23-02-R-0463, quantity 334 each minimum/1642 each maximum 5 Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery t o Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 40 each 330 days after contract award and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, cage 78286 and Eaton Aerospace LLC Sterer Engine ering, Cage 99643 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Full screening has been completed which concluded that competition cannot be improved at this time for reasons of lack of source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify t hemselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may sub mit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Forei gn firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This inf ormation cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.
