NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with FAR12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is b eing conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. The solicitation number DABT67-02-T-0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and clauses are those in effect throug h Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. This Procurement is unrestricted, the SIC Code is 7549; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333319; the FSC 4910. The Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a firm fixed pri ce Purchase Order based on FAR13 for Various automobile shop equipment to be purchased on a brand name or equal basis. Line 0001: 1 each Matco Tools AMMCO Model AC290SR1 Two Post ?2n1? Lift with Standard height, ?2n1? features power mounts on either side , asymmetric or symmetric loading, stack pad lifting system works on cars and trucks without extra adapters, 144? Height, Single Phase. (brand name or equal). Line 0002: 6 each MATCO Tools Model number AC412CSS0R1 Hydraulic Lift, Four-Post, Closed ?Front Service Lift, Standard Length, 12000 pound capacity, triple safety system, optional drive through capability. ALI/ETL Certified. Line 0003 1 each MATCO Tools model number AC412CXSOR Hydraulic Lift 4 post long series, closed-front service lift. 12000-pound capacity, triple safety system, ALI/ETL certified. Extended length for vehicles up to 210? wheelbase, 24? side decks. Line 0004 1 each MATCO Tools model number AC7065EX the model 7065EX employs a multi-function robotic arm that assists the operator in mo unting stiff, low profile performance and run flat tires. Utilizes COAT Total Rim Protection package Line 0005 1 each MATCO AC950-220-1 model number COATS 950 High volume wheel balancer features 8 separate balancing modes which provide versatility. Calibra tion is accurate and easy. Delivery shall be made within 45 days after notification of award. Delivery term shall be FOB Destination, Presidio of Monterey, Monterey CA. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resulting purchase order. FAR Part 52.212-1; Instruction to Offerors, Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Alt I Officers Representations and Certification-C ommercial items FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. FAR 52.214-21, Descriptive Literature, DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Re gistration, and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3)(i). Award will be made based on delivery schedule, past performance, and price. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions. The Government will consider all quotes received by August 30, 2002.
