Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a fixed priced modification to NAVAIR contract N00019-99-C-0003 for flight operations support for the MA-31 aerial target at Pt Mugu, CA. NAVAIR intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with The Boeing Company, ST Louis, MO. Only The Boeing Company has the technical expertise, understanding of the MA-31 aerial target and access to proprietary data necessary to perform the required effort.
