Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for BEP Stock number 2M023711, Sucker, forwarding 2 step adjustable WCF list E-606 P/N 6.003/10 and WCF & DC list E-320 P/N 6.000/10 for right side of feeder head, hole in forwarding sucker must be 10mm. Forwarding sucker must only have one cable and one lever attached. This is repair part for Mabeg Feeder for I-8 and Cope-Pak Presses. Quantity (24 each). This Simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. The applicable NAICS (formerly SIC) code is 332996 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees, See FAR 19.102. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ 54-022074. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street Between 13th & 14th Street S.W. Washington, DC. 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price,delivery period, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due August 26, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Procurement Attn: Lorraine Wilson, 14th and C Sts.
